GAYDM takes place at Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood, just south of downtown Atlanta.

The venue has two main large parking areas if you decide to drive, but the nearby Lakewood MARTA station at 2002 Lakewood Avenue S.E. offers FREE bus transfers if you ride the train. Several buses depart from the station hourly and travel to the venue for a 10-minute ride. If you spring for a ride share, be sure to use Uber code GAYDM for discounted rides. Don’t worry! Lawn chairs are available for rent for $10 per chair, but must be turned in at the end of the event. Lawn chair rental stands are located in both the East and West plazas and on the East lawn hill.

Reserved seat tickets will also be available.

In the event of severe weather or an act of God, local media will be notified of event cancellation, and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available on this site, in emailed newsletters, and on our social media.

Lawn seating is “first come, first served.” Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but this is only for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.

No there are no ATMs on site, but all point-of-sale locations accept credit / debit cards.

Yes, but keep in mind that bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search, and the venue has the right to refuse entry. Maximum bag size is 16″ H x 16″ W x 8″ L.

Permitted items include:

  • Average-size bags/backpacks (16″ H x 16″ W x 8″L)
  • Cameras with NO DETACHABLE LENSES
  • Blankets
  • Lawn chairs (low-profile, legs LESS THAN 9”)
  • Water — up to one liter in a factory-sealed bottle. You are welcome to bring an empty plastic bottle to fill up at a fountain inside the amphitheater.
  • If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.

Prohibited items include:

  • Weapons of any kind, even if you have a concealed weapon permit. Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood policy: Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
  • Audio recording equipment
  • Alcohol
  • Umbrellas
  • Video cameras
  • Illegal drugs/substances
  • Glass containers
  • Metal bottles and containers
  • Cans
  • Hard-sided/large coolers
  • Large or oversized bags/backpacks, such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-sized backpacks
  • Laser pointers
  • Animals (except service animals)
  • Fireworks
  • Outside food
  • Selfie sticks

Yes, and we also have a pop-up store on 10th Street and Piedmont Road starting July 1 – September 13 where event merchandise may be purchased.

Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood strives to ensure that all of our guests have a great time at their venue. If you need additional assistance while you are there, please make sure you let them know in advance.

TicketingADA tickets can be purchased online via http://www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through www.livenation.com. Look for the logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. Cellairis Amphitheatre has very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.

Day-of-Show Parking — Accessible parking is located in the front of both lots. Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking and they will direct you to this lot. You do not need to have an accessible placard in order to park in this lot, but please be advised that parking is limited. If you do not absolutely need accessible parking, please park in the general lots.

Accessible Stations — If you have questions or need assistance, Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood has a table staffed with customer service employees to help answer questions related to seating or other accommodations. These stations are located in the West Plaza near the entrance to the lawn.

Unexpected Needs — If you have an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible-compliant tickets. Cellairis Amphitheatre will have only a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues. We cannot guarantee they will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits are for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.

Interpreter Requests — If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give the venue at least two weeks’ notice to secure the interpreter. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will-call. When the tickets are picked up, we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call 404-443-5000 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.

Accommodations — All venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.

Hearing Assistance — Guests that require assisted listening devices should contact the venue’s office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give them at least two days’ notice. Guests that require interpreter services can call the venue and arrange this, however Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood requires at least two weeks’ notice in order to secure an interpreter. The office can be reached at 404-443-5000.

Unfortunately, Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood does not allow guests to pitch a tent or park overnight at the venue. However, if you’d like to stay nearby, visit our travel and accommodation page to see which local hotels are offering discounts to festival-goers.

VIP parking is available for $30. Regular parking in the general lot is $20.

Parking lots will generally open 60 minutes prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary, but are usually 90 minutes prior to show time. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times, as you will be turned around and told to return when the parking lots open.

Drop-off areas are located in the EAST PARKING LOT ONLY. Use Gate 4 or 5 to access the East parking lots. Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you. Drivers may not remain on-site or in their vehicles during the event — they must drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. If you do not return within 45 minutes of the end of the event, you will not be allowed to enter until the majority of cars have exited the parking lot. Local law enforcement will shut down all incoming traffic and only allow traffic out of the venue.

No, Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood does not allow RV parking.

Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. However, no other animals are allowed at Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood. Only registered working animals are permitted.

All events at Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood are open for all ages. However, Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood does ask that you take precautions to protect the hearing of younger guests. Furthermore, children under the age of two (2) do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent’s lap.
